Delivery and installation

Share the delivery address, access conditions and installation needs. Product and delivery scope are confirmed during the quote process; clarify delivery and installation details in writing before ordering.

Return terms

You may return Pilates equipment purchased from Penpilates.com.tr within 14 days after delivery. The returned product must be unused, undamaged and in resalable condition. Return shipping and installation costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
